1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

• Email and phone enquiries. This website has no contact form. If you email or call us, we process the contact details and the content of your message so that we can reply.
• Cookie preference. We store a single entry in your browser to remember the choice you make in our cookie notice. It contains no personal data and is never sent to us.
• Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider temporarily processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages securely and to prevent abuse.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry and provide the information you request — legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to you.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam or abuse — legal basis: our legitimate interest.
• To load the Google map on our contact page — legal basis: your consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. The only thing this site stores in your browser is a single entry that remembers your cookie choice. Our contact page can display a Google Maps frame, and Google may set its own cookies when it loads; for that reason the map stays switched off until you choose “Allow Cookies” in our cookie notice, or press “Load map” on the contact page itself. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer, and you can clear stored data at any time in your browser settings.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the website, under appropriate data-processing terms:

• Our website hosting provider, which delivers this site and keeps short-lived server logs.
• Our email provider, which handles messages you send us directly.
• Google Maps, only if you consent to loading the map on the contact page.

Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, that transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted. Your cookie preference stays in your browser until you change it or clear your browser data.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
